Just room to be—to speak without being redirected, reframed, or evaluated.
It’s a conversation without a ladder to climb.
You’re not being nudged toward “breakthroughs” or “next steps.”
You’re not being asked to change or fix anything.
You’re not being observed through the lens of improvement.
This is where you come to be heard. Fully. As you are.

Why "Uncoaching"?
Because most of us don’t need more help trying to become.
We need space to unbecome—to unravel the shoulds, the striving, the pressure to explain.
We’ve been so deeply conditioned to perform even as we heal,
that sometimes the most radical thing we can do is stop performing.
